Postpone and reschedule your event

Updated by Support

If you have to postpone or reschedule your event, make sure to change your event status to “Postponed” first. Then, email your attendees and respond to refund requests from attendees who can no longer attend. You can update your date and ticket settings once your new date is confirmed.
